Food was great as always. But found the service to be lacking. Waiting 30 minutes for the bill and finally having to go to the... till to get it after it was requested. If I could give zero stars I would. Had the calamari and it was great. Went with a beef dip for the entre and the au jues was... terrible. No taste. Then I ordered a side of gravy and it was salty. Went on Friday night for dinner b4 an event. Service was fantastic. It was not a busu night but the kitchen took over an hour to... turn out our 3 burgers and 1 stir fry. Because of a mix up on half of the meal. 2 orders came out fresh the other two were cold.They did give a discount. In the end we were late getting to our event too. Read more
Sucks seemed like boyfriends and regulars took precidence. We sat for almost 10 min. 2 customers that arrived after us, got... served first after we arrived. 4 girls working, flirting with cooks and all constantly playing with their hair. Bartender was one of the nicest people i met on my trip (new guy, bald and had sleeve tattoos) and the waitress was nice and... when a mistake was made, they corrected it immedeately. My girlfriend and I went in hungry and miserable. Left full and happy.If you are in Quesnel, you gotta go to Sharks Club. Read more
Stayed in the sandman for 7 days... ate there 5 days sometimes twice but on the lastnight I really looked forward to the steak... salad..cut with the grain chewy as heck..didn't complain or demand a discount and still did not receive any kinda of apology orrecognition, and once known of the discontent we were ignored. ..very disappointed.. So we posted about this last month but apparently Google was nice and took it off so let me post this again. We ordered from... this place expecting all our food to be made and only half the order was in the bag so we went back and then instead of a cookiethey gave us cookie dough raw. And the burger was burnt. Such horrible service Read more
