Had to ask a waitress to wait on us after sitting for 10 minutes. Table was wobbly and my drink was not served properly. Then... our waitress was not friendly and the place was not even that busy. When I went to the bar I was ignored. Bartender not friendlyor even doing her job properly. Read more
Our waitress was great and she was the best part of the visit. Half my sandwich was like rubber and not edible. The manager did... deduct $5 from my meal. Not sure I would try it again. Read more
Quincy BWW isn't my favorite. If everyone you dine with orders wings I'm pretty sure they use the same bowl to mix the different... sauces in. So it's not the right flavor at all. Actually kinda disgusting in my opinion. Burgers are really good tho! Pretzeland cheese they could use some work. My cheese has never been warm at this specific location and I feel bad sending it backbecause they're always short help. Servers are friendly. Pick up person not so much. Read more
There were a lot of things wrong with my dining at Buffalo Wild Wings. I went there with 10 other friends, with the large group,... I expected the food would take longer to arrive. I did not expect however for it to take an hour. For starters, there wasn’treally an assigned waiter/waitress for my table, and after 30 minutes of waiting, my friend had to leave the table to find awaitress to get our orders. Then, it took another hour until she had to get up again and ask where our food was. The food cameout immediately after she asked, and when it arrived, it was not fresh, the hamburger was stale like it had been sitting out fora while, and so were the wings. There were about 4 parties of new customers coming in who got their drinks and food before myparty. When we went to pay, my friend who only ordered a strawberry lemonade for $3.50 was charged $8, the waitress said it wasbecause she had two drinks, but the menu said free refills, and they charged her for two (she didn’t even ask for a secondone, they just put it in front of her). if it wasn’t for my friend’s mom who came to pick her up, she would’ve overpaidfor a $3.50 drink. I feel like they took advantage of my group because we were middle school kids (8th graders), therefore theydidn’t think much of us. The service was not good, and the food was not the best. I have been to BWW before with an adult, andmy experience was a lot more enjoyable. In conclusion, I will not be eating at BWW again. Read more
Short staffed unfortunately. 9 dirty tables left to be . Everyone that came in after we were seated received their food before... us . If you have wings in your business' name , they should be on point .... which they weren't. Their appearance alone was offputting , asking w their taste. Didn't finish. Before going to the restaurant, I was looking at the menu online. Found just what I wanted, but when my husband & I were... seated in the restaurant and the waiter asked for our orders, I was told by the waiter that I could not have that item and thatit was only for take-out. I asked him if I could order it for takeout and eat with my husband. I was told no. I ordered mymeal online as take-out intending on bringing it home to eat. My husband ordered his meal and I just had a drink. My order wasready before my husband's, so my husband got my order and brought it back to the table so we could eat together. The waiterdid then ask if I needed any sauces or anything else and was very attentive. BWW has always been one of our special places to gofor date night but this experience has changed my mind. Very disappointed in this customer service. *Update* After filling outthe form as asked, I was sent an email apologizing and offering 1000 rewards points. Veterans discount! Thank you! They got my order wrong not once but twice then the wings were covered in sause. Had to scrap... the sause off the wings it was so much. Other than that, it's a typical BWW so dont expect great service Read more
Great food, but incredibly long wait… 45 minutes to an hour wait for two people, but it was great. Overall, great.
