We ordered food, including a kids meal. We were told there was no toys, but they had ice cream instead. No biggie, that worked.... Received meal, requested the whopper had only ketchup, it did not! Get that handled, open original chicken sandwich (add cheese& pickle) take a bite Mayo that tasted disgusting goes every where! scraped all Mayo off & realize it wasn?t even a full chickenPatty! There was 1 little pickle on it!! Then we go up to get the ice cream, & the SNOTTY little cashier said the machines brokeso I don?t know why they told you they would give you one! So we asked to supplement it with a small icee??? She agreed filledthe cup less than half full & slammed it down. Needless to say nasty food & service!! We will not be back!! Read more

Felt bad interrupting the employees personal conversation to order. They just kept carrying on. Food was slow to... arrive. Overall the restaurant is dirty and disorganized. Corporate should probably get better management in here. Read more
Frat shift is horrible everybody has a attitude, I?m black and they was black so I?m not being racist & the food was cold and... didn?t get the order correct , it?s like 3black woman with crocs and colorful socks , don?t order if there der , order on 2ndshifts it?s a nice white lady and she wants to make sure she gets your order and food right Read more
Only 2 people working during lunch hour. Drive thru crazy. Ordered mayo ketchup only sandwich and got everything on it but mayo... and ketchup. Will not go back - this is several times now this has happened. Read more

My food is disgusting. Both of my Whoppers are burnt on the buns and the bacon was raw. Neither of my chicken sandwiches had any... toppings and are undercooked. My fries are old, cold and soggy. The jalapeno poppers taste old and undercooked. This isabsolutely disgusting. And they refused to give me my sauces. Read more
