I got the Lip Nachos, my nachos were all stuck together by the cheese and the chicken was extremely dry. It was my first visit... there but I will give them a second try and just order something else. They also forgot my Husband's French fries and he nevergot them. Our waitress was great though! Best restaurant on the river. Chik'nlip pizza is great!! Chicken lips are huge and very good!! I'm not a martini fan but there... were more variety or flavors than I've ever seen, except for "Martini's" in Burlington IA. Probably the same martini menu?? Wego there whenever possible. The most delicious chicken. They have very tasty sauces. They have some neat menu items, but I only ever get lips. Lips are... beautiful chicken breast pieces. So filling. Sweet spot on the river too. Yum!!!!! Read more

The namesake lips are excellently fried large white meat chicken strips. The sauces are good, but only the mango habanero really... was exceptional. The atmosphere is fantastic, as is the location along the river. Service was solid. I don't know if you'regoing to find better in town, and in that sense I might even give this five stars. Overall this is certainly better than goingto a chain bar and grill like Chili's, but not worth a trip out of the way by itself. Read more
First time here for part of our party, second time for others. None of us will go back. Bathroom was disgusting, no TP and... dirty. Salads were days past being servable and were brown, wilted and slimy. Iced tea was sent back, and two diet Pepsi'stasted different. Very disappointing. Not a cheap place either, so wasted a lot of money. Waitress was nice. Edit: manager gotin touch in an effort to make things right, and we greatly appreciated the effort. Read more
We were traveling from Iowa to Central Illinois and decided to give this place a try for a late lunch. We sat outside on the... front patio with a great view of the river. Staff was friendly and fast to serve you. Food delivered in a reasonable amount oftime. Everything was good. I had the chicken nachos and felt they were a bit too dry for my liking. A littles more toppingswould have helped. Overall it's a good place and a return trip could be in the future. Read more
Honestly had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered the Lip Nachos and they were awful. The chips tasted like they had... gone very stale and then warmed up to try and freshen them up. The Chicken Lips were very dry as were all of the nachos. Therewas just a small sprinkle of cheese and the drizzle of ranch couldn't save it. Did I mention the whole dish was served to me atroom temperature, not warm? Another member of my group had one Chicken Lip that was rock hard like petrified wood. I don't wantto even think about what was wrong with that price of meat. Service was decent, but couldn't save the awful food. There areplenty of good restaurants in Quincy, but this isn't one of them. Read more
