I'll tell you what, this is the best restaurant I've been to in Quincy Illinois. I came expecting it to be the typical... restaurant, well it wasn't. The food was delicious, the restaurant staff was so kind and made my wife and I feel like family. We celebrated our 15 year anniversary, the owner came to the table and made conversation made us feel like he cared about ourexperience. Our waitress who's name was Jenny was the nicest waitress we have ever had in our lives. So to the Dunbelly teamthank you and we appreciate the hospitality may God bless you and all you endeavors. Arrived to dinner around 6pm- promptly seated outside- not packed. A couple was seated next to us about 5 minutes later. The... couple next to us ordered drinks and food before we had been waited on. We sat for over 20 minutes without being waited on. Sowe left. Poor service. Read more
My husband and I had our wedding dinner at Dunbelly. We reserved the patio and it was incredible. The staff worked so hard and... so fast. The food was all cooked perfectly and brought out quickly. First time I've visited Dunnbelly. At first the service started off kind of slow, but once we got someone to take our order, it... got better. The food was not bad. The wife like her pasta dish. Went to dinner Friday Sept 17th. No wait, seated immediately. Bread and Butter board for appetizer, it was good. Ordered ribeye... medium and it came out exactly as ordered. Food was very good, service was not a problem. Entire staff seemed to be veryhelpful. We would do back. Read more
We had high hopes for this restaurant. However, the minute we walked in the door the noise level was intense. I talked with the... owner and the basic response is that she thought it was festive and not a problem. I offered some constructive criticism but wastold "oh we can't afford accoustics". All of that aside there are some very reasonably priced acoustic fixes. Many can be foundon Amazon. Easy fixes if you have an open mind. Noise in a restaurant is inevitable and can add to the overall atmosphere foryour customer. Excessive noise is dangerous to both customer and staff.
