I visit this Hardee's frequently on my way to work. I moat always go thru the drive thru and have no problems at all however... recently it has been hard to catch them open. The last two times I tried to grab a sandwich before work I did not get waitedon.i have taken in consideration the pandemic causing issues with staffing..however the sign says open til 7pm. I was there at615pm..there was a car in the parking lot and the lights were on. I attempted to call no answer so I left...don't think as ofnow that I will return anytime soon.its not like they were busy at all..i would think they would take care of the few customersthat visit Read more
The angus burger was quite disgusting. I feel kind of sick actually. It was smothered in mayo and ketchup. The cold meat was as... thin as my fingernail practically. The fries were fresh and crispy. Those apple turnovers are delicious! However, I?m nevergoing back unless I feel like some dessert. Read more
While we were greeted warmly, the expletive laced song in the background was not appropriate. They added two items I did not... order and was charged for them. And did not offer a refund. Just a sorry. The fries were a over cooked crisp mess. Forgot BBQsauce for my sandwich. In addition the place was a mess. Needs a new manager/ owner. A disgusting mess. Read more
Great service! I went inside for a large order. I was able to place my order right away. I knew my order would take a while to... get it all together but they keep apologizing for my wait which wasn't that long considering I was ordering for 5 people. Exceptional customer service. I have been here before for breakfast and special order my sandwich (triple bacon cheese biscuit)it's always made just right. Had issues ordering the same thing at other chain fast food places. But Hardee's always gets itright. And the staff is very friendly. Read more
The burger wasn't hot neither were the fries. There were only two customers besides me yet I stood there for over 15 minutes... before being asked if I was ready to order. Read more
