Service through the drive thru was amazing! Super quick. Hot food.
Went this morning for breakfast. Of course they were temporarily closed, so waited in drive thru. I?m thinking if there are not... enough workers to open the inside, why are there 2 employees sitting outside on the sidewalk smoking. Whatever! If you?re goingto make us go through the drive thru, please make sure you give us the right food. I ordered a #2, and a burrito, got home andthere was no egg on my sausage egg McMuffin. Really! Let?s get your act together. You all could take some advice from Hardee?s,who always gets their orders right and you don?t wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Once again went for breakfast. Diningroom closed again and only 1 drive up lane open. This is become the norm for breakfast. I ordered my food. Same as above. Thistime I did have egg on my sandwich, but the yolk was green and the sandwich was cold. Also ordered a burrito, guess what, noburritos at all. Got home took a sip of my Diet Coke, it was a Dr. Pepper. REALLY! Read more
It's probably the best McDonald's in Quincy as far as order accuracy and quality. The bad thing is though, it's ALWAYS busy it... seems. Read more

Well, I ordered one mcdouble, one large frie, two quarter pounders, Carmel frappe and a large sweet tea. I got two mcdoubles,... two large fries, two quarter pounders and a sweet tea at the window. When I told the manager he said I took the extra mcdoubleout and gave you a frappe, he didn't try to make my order correct or give me a refund he said, he was helping me out ???? Read more
I have to say this is the BEST McDonald's I've ever stopped at. The staff were friendly, double checked my order before handing... it to me and my food was HOT and FRESH. The biscuits were baked just perfectly and so was the bacon. These employees deserve araise. Wish we had a McDonald's closer to where I live that had this kind of service. Let's just go with the drink order I ordered 3 Dr. Pepper freezes and 1 sweet tea. I got 3 Dr. Pepper fountain drinks and my... sweet tea one out four I guess wasn't bad but the 3 teen age girls were not happy so when I brought it to their attention theysaid that's what I ordered. And yes that is what I had on my receipt. So I asked if I could get the freezes that I ordered yesbut I had to pay for them and they didn't take the other unordered drinks off my bill. The drive through is starting to back upby now never again McDonald's never again. Poor customer service. Read more
It sucked the indoor dining wasn't open just for the fact I needed to use the restroom. Other than that, fresh hot fries and... sandwich. Also went around 5pm when it was busier. Read more
