Went with a party of 8. Took over an hour to get seated, but it was a big party. Took another 1.5 hour to get our food. The... venue is really cool and our waitress was great. All of our boneless wings and fries were very over cooked. Food was also cold.Order this if you have strong jaw muscles and don't mind a chew. The bone in wings were tender and good though. Look. We love this place. It has been on a hard decline for months now, what once was a go to for every firings lunch is now a... roll of the dice. The food is typically cold or inconsistent and takes entirely long to come out. I can get that new staff,short staff, the list goes on. But each time the exudes grow longer and longer. To add that an employee told us that wewouldn’t want to be the Manager of Native when we were talking about the lack of employees. I hate to leave a one star review.This place is great. Our first experience here was good. The food was good and the service was good at the bar. Our second experience at the bar was... awful yesterday. There were four other people sitting at the bar when we arrived. We sat down on the opposite side of the barfrom them and the bartender did not acknowledge us for at least 10 minutes. She was leisurely filling beers on the other sideand talking to the guys sitting there. She finally filled up a drink tray and walked past us on her way upstairs saying "I'llbe with you in a minute". 5 minutes later she comes back, goes behind the bar and slowly empties her tray, then helps theserver give the guys on the other side of the bar their food, then slowly walks over to us with menus. By then were very annoyedand let her know it. She proceeds to get smart with us, basically picking a fight, then said we needed to go sit at a tablebecause she wasn't going to serve us. All she had to do was give us our menus and our water when we first came in and explainthat she was busy and would be with us as soon as possible. We walked out and will not go back to this place. This was our second time coming, with the first time being not the greatest experience as the the service was very slow even... though there was only 2 other tables filled. We wanted to give them another chance and this time wasn’t any better. Servicewas quicker but they brought us out the wrong wing flavor and when we told them about it they just brought out that flavor sauceand wanted us to dump it on our already wrong flavored wings????? Server told us “free of charge” for sauce?… We overheard our server at other tables making order mistakes as well. Read more
Worst service we have ever had. And we were only there 10 minutes. Walked in and was seated fairly quick as there was only 5... other people in there. People NOT tables. Bartender came over and asked what we wanted to drink. She then gave us a drink menuthat was a food covered piece of paper and even said “well this is gross” when handing it to us. Another man then came overand asked for our drink order. We ordered 2 of the specialty drinks and some water. He brought us the water and said our serverwould bring us our drinks and take order. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. The bartender had her cellphone attached toher ear for another 10 minutes. Finally we asked the host what the problem was. She (the bartender) then came over, with anattitude and said “well first of all I was on the phone with my boss” my husband then said okay, if you’re going to attackus we will just leave. She replied, that’s fine. See ya!! Very disappointing as we were told this place had the best wings andif we were ever in Quincy we should try them. Great quality meat. Love love love the zucchini sticks. High tables on the main lower floor, regular tables on the upper level.... Dessert cookie is amazing. Elevator for wheelchairs but not particularly accessible seating on the main floor. Read more
Love the food and atmosphere, HATE THE WAIT???? We were seated quickly and the wait staff was friendly. Order was placed but it... took a VERY long time for the kitchen to get the food out (approx. 70 min). The waiter apologized many times and said that theywere short staffed in the kitchen and the orders backed up. Once the food got to the table it was tasty and what we were hopingfor. Just had an extremely long wait time. Hopefully they're able to add or reassign staff to the kitchen. Read more
