Amazing Customer Service, Order Taker/Cashier knew the menu, made great suggestions. Super clean and comfortable environment.... Well stocked restrooms. We got the pick 2's, one with 10 Veggie soup & Turkey Club Sandwich and one with 10 Veggie Soup andTeriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl. Both were very flavorful and delicious. You pick up your order and get your own beverages, youalso place your dishes on the trash bin as you leave. I wish all other places in the restaurant business would run like all thePanera locations. Long time customer and this place has just gone down hill. The orders have been woefully inaccurate over half of my last several... orders. They even had spoiled dressing in the salads. Management could care less. By the looks of the lack of business here,I'm not the only one that feels this way. I gave it two stars because they do have it ready quickly, I just wish it was what Iordered and not spoiled. So sad, used to be my favorite. Read more

Typical Panera, clean friendly staff. Panera must be having supply chain issues. Back in Minnesota they were out of pecans for... salads and pickled onions for the white cheddar and steak sandwich two weeks in a row. Pretty typical Panera. Long line, a little more expensive. Employees are super nice. Also it is very close to Hobby Lobby should... you run out of mod podge and Christian literature. Read more
Visiting Quincy for a work trip. I stopped at Panera and it was different compared to the ones in my home town. On this... particular trip the kitchen staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The dining room was about half full, so didn?t appear busy, but thefood was coming out slowly. That being said the food I received was food quality. They were out of bottled water I hadordered, but they easily replaced with something else. Not a great experience, but not awful either. Average for Paneraquality with somewhat slow preparation of the meals. Read more
Typical Panera Bread. Nothing wrong, nothing spectacular. Clean place, quiet And peaceful. Good food.
Got panera last night for dinner. My gma was going to eat the other half of her sandwich for lunch today, when she took a bite,... this is was came out of it. Panera is a really good restaurant, but I don?t see us going back after this. Read more
