I usually come to this location three times a week. The orders are usually correct, sometimes they blatantly forget to add the... add-ons. I would recommend not ordering those if concerned about getting your money's worth. Staff is usually good; new teammember with the braids could be better trained on phone etiquette. The past four times I have dealt with her she has had ahorrible attitude over the drive-thru intercom; pleasant as can be at the window. I feel like an unsolicited guest every time Iorder from her; she cuts you off and acts annoyed when you are ordering. Read more
