Very slow. Went in got no service then decided to go through drive through and got in-line to not move for at least 5 minutes.... So we decided to go back in and see what the hold up is. 5 other people walked in right before me so? needless to say it wasanother 25 minute to get my food and have me on my way. Read more
Taco Bell is Trash. I?d give them all 1 star if I could because they never remedy the problems. They are a fraudulent... business. This location is Overstaffed. Lazy general manager who would rather flirt with employees than assist customers orworkers. Do not go here. It's either bad service at the window bad smelling meat in the dumpster or the wrong order about every time, last time didn't... even get a receipt and when I went back manager didn't even apologize she just said "wow are you serious" must happen a lot justtake your loss and don't go back if they can't ever make a right order. Making $15 an hour to pretty much fill a burrito can'teven do that right... Read more
The dining room is filthy, from the moment you walk in the door the windows are dirty the rugs looked like they haven't been... vacuumed in weeks. Not a good environment if you want to sit down and eat. Read more

Very disappointed with the lack of Mexican Pizza ingredients. It's been like that every TB I've been to tho'. Apparently the... supplier of the pizza (crust/shell) is no longer with TB so the time frame of getting it going again on the menu is anyone'sguess... The Hannibal TB had NO clean tables (I'mnot exaggerating), so they gave us a wet rag and we cleaned them off forthem. Had a fellow customer tell us, "I can tell what generation YOU'RE from"... Napkins were empty at one of the twodispensers. Bathroom in men's toilet was clogged so I informed a worker. I blame management for the "LACK of attention" of thestore's appearance & cleanliness. Every once in a while you find a Taco Bell crew that is afraid to heat up the meat and you know you found that crew when you get... a bag full of tortillas with no ingredients inside of them. Apparently their night staff has no care when it comes to keeping orders right. Ordered a 12 pack of soft taco supreme and... instead got a 12 pack hard shell regulars. Clerk even verified as what I stated above and apparently they couldn't remember orread the tickets. Not coming back to this location on that alone. Read more
