The staff are the best part of the restaurant. Our waitress was friendly, kept our drinks filled. It was disappointing that... they could not fulfill one oder for chili. started off good, waitress was good she is beautiful. she is pregnant due at end of this month... she took our order down... incorrectly so she says... steaks were supposed to be medium well and 1 well done neither were done like that... i order thesteak and shrimp he orders steak with 2 sides no shrimp.. meal comes the steaks are not what we ordered mine was on his platethey took it back and cooked it and made his again this time more rare than before sent it back even more rare next time deadedthan my well done steak the manager took his meal off the bill and we left still grateful for the best service Read more
Everyone was very friendly. Food was good with a few exceptions. One persons steak was not cooked to desired doneness, but had a... good flavor. Absolutely awful, the person in front taking reservations typed in my number wrong so I was waiting for 40 mins with no... notification or update, I called in and they said that I would be back on the waiting list. They had nothing available on themenu that I wanted to order after waiting 1 hour for service and a table. No ribs and no cactus blossoms, Staff were not verycourteous, last time I plan on going here at this location. I am here now and have waited an additional 40 minutes for the foodto arrive, about to walk out of here. *Update* The food was a nightmare, the Steak had no flavor what so ever, the Cheese onthe fries and Potato appeared to be melted in a microwave... Texas Roadhouse takes a short cut every chance they get becausethey can't keep up with the volume at there store. So, with this location opening at 4pm, you literally have to be there at 4. By 4:10, the line was out both doors onto the... sidewalk. You can phone order ahead, walk up to the side window and order as well. We were seated at 4:15. It took 30 min to getour water. My husbands drink went dry 3 times before our fried pickles appetizer came out, which was missing the dipping sauces.I received my house salad at around 50 min into our meal. Then we received, our steak dinners at 5.45, so a good 2 hrs fromstart to finish. My red sangria $7/drink was made wrong (new bartender was the excuse). No draft beers. My steak was orderedMedium Well it came out dry and cold. Not our favorite visit this time. However, I gave 3 stars one for the amazing holidaydecor and overall cleanliness of the building. 1 for the warm delicious rolls with honey butter, and 1 because our waiter wasnice just needed more training. I would give a zero if I could. We have always loved Texas Roadhouse and are very understanding. Tonight though, we experienced... the worst service. My entire family was finished eating and I still had not received my food. They still tried go charge us formy food until I insisted that it be removed. Read more
