Long line at drive thru. Went inside. One person behind the counter. Watched him fill orders and help on other customer for like... 6 minutes. He could have taken my order in 30 seconds so that it would be ready by time he finished loading bags for drive thru.F this place. Went to Mexican restaurant. Super fast service there. Zero stars. Pulled up at 8pm and they were out of fries and chili. Don't care about the chili but really out of fries
Food is good and service is alright but at 8 pm they lock dinning room and force everyone through drive through so I recommend... avoiding after 8 pm epically if your in a hurry because after 8 pm the drive through gets so backed up you'll be sitting in thatdrive through for 16 min or more always get there befor 8 pm for good experience ???? They send you to the parking lot to wait for your order (not a door dash order or online order, just a regular drive thru... order). It has happened multiple times. You wait for 20 to 30 minutes and eventually pull into the drive thru again because theyforgot about you. Ended up waiting an hour total for my already paid for meal. It's the worst and an absolutely horriblesystem. They ended up giving me a refund, which was nice. Read more
Waited 20 minutes going through the line. Nobody answered at the speaker and it looked like it was turned off. After waiting... there for 5 minutes I figured I would pull around to place my order. The girl at the window started snapping on me saying theyhad only 3 workers. Then told me I had to pull around. I said in not going to wait in line for 20 minutes so I parked my car andwaited. The food was cold. Never seen employees at a business start yelling at customers for their own incompetence but needlessto say I'll be contacting higher management. Read more
Food is hit or miss. It could be delicious, or it could be something that had been recooked multiple times instead of being... thrown away (see included pic). About 30% of the time they forget something. So always check your bag at the window. Or you'llbe waiting in line another 20 minutes. Finally, and what annoys me the most, the employees are all extremely rude. Working fastfood is probably awful. But it doesn't excuse rushing people, being short, or having a rude and put off attitude. No responsewhen you say thank you or have a good day. The only reason I go back is because I really enjoy Wendy's food. But I dread goingto this location. Read more
Had a good experience here. My friends and I came in for a quick rest stop as we were headed home and were happy to get our food... so quickly. We only waited an extra minute because they were finishing up fresh chicken tenders. Read more
