Ordered food. Paid for it online. The employee was completely rude on the phone. Said they didn't have baby back ribs which are... 24 dollars I might add for a full rack. He calls me to say they don't have them and offered me items half the price. I wanted arefund so I could recreate a new order and he refused to do it. Told me I had to talk to the "headquarters" which is absoluteb.s. Their website doesn't even give you a number to call or a way to get a refund. It's a complete sham and a cheap way toscrew people out of money. Never ordering here again. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank and if I have to I'm going to reportthem to the FTC. Read more

I have gone to this location a few times and each time I was disappointed with the selections of sides and sometimes the choices... of meats. My husband wanted a half chicken but they were out and could only give leg quarters. He asked for the rotisserienuggets and they said they were out. I wanted stuffing with corn but they were out. It was around 6pm in the evening and theymade it clear that they were not going to make anything other than what was there. They should think of closing this location.Seriously. Read more

Been loving Boston Market since 1996. This photo is probably 8-10 years old. Wicked good food, wicked nice people. I've eaten... Boston Market in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Jersey. My favorite fast casual dining establishment hands down. Pleasebring back tortellini salad? 9/11/2022 update, this branch must be under new management because they're out of of ciabattabread (never happened before in the 26 years of eating at any Boston Market location), so no chicken carver. Settled for thecountry fried chicken, the gravy has the consistency of water and the chicken was so so. Will get papa Gino's next door nexttime or drive across Quincy to D'Angelo. There isn't a Boston Market on Cape Cod (I was told that there was) where I live (wherewe're drove from) so I was looking forward to the chicken carver. Oh well. ??????????? Read more

If you ever want a home-cooked meal but you don't want to cook it, this is the place to go. We go here a few times a week and... the food is always fresh, excellent, and hot out of the oven. The meatloaf and the chicken are tops. Sweet potatoes, mashedpotatoes, and corn -- oh my. Fabulous Caesar salad, creamed spinach, and fresh vegetables are much healthier options than thetypical fast food with French fries as the only choice. And home-made, hot chicken soup available year round is just what thedoctor ordered. The staff is wonderful, efficient, and hard working. Mohammed and Shakiri are there 7 days a week -- becauselike everybody else, they can't hire enough help. The food is excellent, the prices are incredibly reasonable, the store isclean, and the staff is over-and-above accommodating. You can count on ALWAYS getting high quality, healthy, "real"food. Please support this local business. I do not want to lose our neighborhood Boston Market. ???? Read more

Employees were great, food was good. My issue is pricing. I swear, every few visits I feel like I get ripped off at Boston... Market. I ordered a large meatloaf meal with two sides and cornbread for $12.49. I asked for a small side of sweet potatocasserole. You can get a "three side sampler" with 3(!) sides for $7.49. Guess how much a single, dinky little side item costswhen you add it to a meal - $4.79! I feel like this is the type of corporate gotcha pricing scheme designed by suits without aclue. Things should get cheaper the more you bundle and not the other way around. The tiny little addon shouldn't cost nearly50% of my entire meal in addition to it. If you complain to corporate, they will just send you coupons that will have expired bythe time you are willing to give Boston Market another chance. Read more

Both cashier and manager are very very rude, did not know how to communicate with customer in courteous and respectful way and... began arguing and talking over me. Prior to this, they told me I could wait 20 minutes for meat, I stepped out for 2 minutes toget something in my car and they locked the doors so myself and others were waiting outside for our orders. Very rude andunprofessional customer service. Read more

I had Uber Eats the 1/2 BBQ chicken with corn bread, mac and cheese, and cesar salad and my order was messed up. I didnt receive... BBQ chicken, and they gave me mash potatoes and corn instead of the Mac and cheese and corn bread. It was verydisappointing. Side note: Mash potatoes were bland, and chicken was a little dry... I was very hungry which is why I ate someof the corn and chicken.... had I not been so hungry, I would've thrown it away. Read more

I made an order for pick up when I arrived the doors were locked the employees were inside cleaning and they close the store... down two hours early before their actual scheduled time I knocked on the door they politely ignored me they didn?t even have thedecency to come to the door to let me know what was going on and apologize for the inconvenience my card was charged for thefull amount and I have yet to receive a refund. I thought it was extremely rude that these people didn?t have the common decencyto come to the door so I took photos of them ignoring me just to prove how rude these people are. Read more
