The worst dunkin donut ever. I?ve never been so disrespected like that at a restaurant. The older lady literally shut the window... to my face while I was trying to order from there. I went to the window because I saw she was just serving a white lady therewhile I was coming. She told me to get back into my car and take the drive thru line or wait after all the cars in the drivethru have been served to be served. How does that make sense? If I go inside of the store to be served why would I wait for thecars outside to be served first? she yelled at me couple times and was being very rude and I told her that she was beingaggressive and disrespectful for no reason cz I was really calm and she continued yelling and shut the window to my face. They didn?t have anything I wanted to begin with and male order taker caught a attitude with me when I was... deciding what to get instead, also did not have whipped cream or toppings for the cake batter latte which is the whole point ofthe drink and it did not taste the same without it. This Dunkin? Donuts was always my go to in convenience. Recently they have had ample issues, water heater breaking, electricity... down, etc. the staff is great, but this is tremendously frustrating. Get your card system back up and your act together so wecan rely on you again. Read more

This Dunkin donuts rarely gives me my dark roast coffee. I have heard them talk about how their dark roast coffee machine takes... too long so They put some other coffee in the cup and think the customer won't know ....well guess what....I know every time,...Which is why I try to avoid this store. I went through the drive thru, Granite Street Quincy,MA . I ordered an ice coffee. The person over the headset repeat my order... back to me and asked me if I wanted sugar or cream. But I didn't totally understand her questions at once because of her accentand then I realized she didn't understand my answers as well because of my accent. When I got to the window it was theHispanic-American manager on duty. She behaved very rude and even her co-worker apologized on behalf of her. This location is absolutely awful! My friend was assaulted by one of the employees here. The employee proceeded to go into a... hateful, racist language against my friend, who is Asian. They also accused her of behavior that she never did. They didn't evenbother to look at security tapes. Even though they reached out to upper management and Cravalho Brothers, who own thislocation, they excused this behavior and no action was taken against this clearly unstable employees. There are plenty of otherfantastic Dunkins around, that don't abuse their customers, try one of those. Read more
