Pulled up at 6:38 on a Saturday and sat by the drive through buzzer for about 5 minutes.. we pulled up to the window because... there was no response and we see an employee with pink hair lock up and walk out.. it?s now 6:45. You need to fix your postedhours and adhere to them. To close while a customer is in the drive through and not say nothing is horrible. Read more

Went to order a cup of frozen matcha latte. I walked in with no other customer inside and waited 2-3 minutes until a lady came.... AND the first thing she said is "If you don't have a car, don't even bother to order anything", before I even spoke. Well thisDunkin's is only around a ten minute walk from my place and I don't feel the need to drive. I walked right out of this place. Inconclusion, bad customer service and avoid this place if you can. This is my first time writing a bad review, I would give zerostars if I can. Go to other places. Read more

Their customer service was spectacular! Today when I was ordering my iced coffee, I dropped two of them on the way out. They... splatted right on the sidewalk! I rushed in to tell one of the employees what happened, and asked for a new lid and coffee. Theyserved up a new cup in seconds and I showed them my credit card. They insisted that since I dropped my coffee, I wouldn?t haveto pay for the replacement. I was overcome with gratitude. The employees deserve a raise! ???? Read more

The coffees were fine, but the service was very slow. There were 3 cars ahead of us when we gave our drivethru order, but for... whatever reason, it took 20 minutes to get to the window. No complaint with the order, just seemed a little odd to be waiting solong at a fast food place that primarily serves drinks.. like, what was the holdup? Read more
