11/14 - We order coffee all the time, basically everyday. And half of the time it comes out right. Yesterday's was the worst it... has ever been. Not only was the cover not on all the way so hot coffee was spilling out of the cup , we asked for 4 sugar and 4milk. It was basically black and so bitter it was definitely burnt coffee that tasted like it had salt added. It was the correctorder on the sticker on the cup, but not what was in the coffee cup. The cover has been not put on all the way before and it'sspilled out. We've pick up our order before and they've doubled the cups for whatever reason too. But whenever we'd go pick itup, our order was never completed and we'd have to ask for the easiest things (our donuts or bagels) or whatever was missingfrom our order after giving plenty of time for it to be completed and put together. I'm guessing they don't have good trainingor management. I've worked at a Dunkin's over ten yrs ago as a Lead for yrs and our menu was a lot bigger. And we were able toread the order and make it correct without any problems. Idk why now of days it's so hard for employees to get the simplestthings done. My reviews have gone from 5 stars to 3 stars to 1 star because we tried giving the benefit of the doubt but just tomany times there's been issues. 11/05 - We got the new pancake wake up wraps and they gave us peanut butter instead of syrup.Also in the past few months our cold & hot coffees have been wrong half the time. 5/25 - Best Dunkin's we've been to on 3A.Food always comes out right each time and there not skimp on meat. Nor are they rude. The drinks are done perfect, so it's notto strong or not enough flavor. Seems it's hard to find a good Dunkin with good service weather it be with food or employees.When it all comes down to it, it's management that this all falls under and it seems this location has it's stuff together andcares about what they put out service wise and know it's the customers that keep them in business Read more
It literally took 3 times to get my one cup of coffee right. The cashier had no idea what I meant by extra light. Donut was dry... no flavor. Will not be returning. Read more
Takeout window is great. Robert, Jonathan, Marco and a wonderful young whose name I've yet to get but I suspect may be the mgr.... All very polite, knowledgeable, agreeable, attentive and fun. Excellent service. Little extras for an older customer. Pleasureto visit. Read more
I bought a cup of coffee this afternoon, and suddenly I found something in the coffee that blocked the straw. I pour the coffee... away and there is a label of clothes in my coffee. Make me sick I won't buy his coffee again Read more
Surprisingly I didn't care for it and I literally run off of dunks ice coffee, they have paper cups for hot coffees if I had... gotten a hot coffee from here I would return it ASAP I love the styrofoam cups they feel so much better than a hot paper cup.The way it's set up to get to the drive-thru is ridiculous there is never anyone here. You often will catch people just cuttingthrough Lanes because there are so many Lanes to go throw!!! Read more
It?s now called Dunkin, they dropped the donuts from the name. Funny because that?s what greets you when you walk in the door,... a whole glass case of ????. Staff is very friendly and nice. Store layout is great. Some flavors not offered at other shops.The way they pour the ice coffee is cool, like a bar tap. They have a ?mobile ordering only? drive up lane, but it just mergesinto the regular lane and window. Read more
This is DD?s new concept store, and I love it! The interior was well kept and brightly lit. There is a bar with several... varieties of coffee on tap. This Dunkin Donuts is the best Dunkin?s store that I?ve been to . I live in Boston and my dog and I make this Drive thru our... first stop when going to The dog park on Saturdays .
