One word: hardworking. Even if an employee is out sick, the team at Fael?s works so hard to give you excellent service. The... staff has become like family in the neighborhood and every time we enter we?re greeted as old friends. It can get very busy andthanks to Door Dash they do need to balance high volume takeout with service, but that has never affected the quality of ourmeal. A busy restaurant is always a good sign.
