One word: hardworking. Even if an employee is out sick, the team at Fael?s works so hard to give you excellent service. The... staff has become like family in the neighborhood and every time we enter we?re greeted as old friends. It can get very busy andthanks to Door Dash they do need to balance high volume takeout with service, but that has never affected the quality of ourmeal. A busy restaurant is always a good sign. I can't say enough about Fael's. I've been coming here every Saturday for Breakfast for over a year. Everything on the menu is... delicious (sometimes for lunch too!). The service is exemplary. The staff goes above and beyond every time I visit. They have mycoffee and diet coke ready for me before I even get to my regular table. They are friendly and social, and they just add to myvisit. I?ve ordered from this place a few times before. Quality is always A1. However their sizing on some of their items could use a... lot of work. They give a very very very tiny portion of food for their ?meaty scrambler? item which costs $13. When I requestfor an extra egg on my item, it is completely ignored. So good quality on their food but their food is also over in 2 bites forsome of em. Give more for some your more pricey dishes please. Not keen on paying $13 for 2 bites. Read more
