I like coming to Ming Seafood Restaurant because it?s clean, big and if you ever have to wait for a table (like for weekend dim... sum), it?s not a very long wait. The food is decent and they have a few specialty dishes that set them a bit apart. They canaccommodate large parties too and have a semi private area off to the side that you can reserve. A few complaints - they willnot split the bill and will only accept one (1) credit card per party; they only have designated staff for only taking orders,or only serving dishes, or only clearing dishes. If you need to request for anything, you have to flag the correct staff person;and finally, if you are dining family style, then they will bring ALL the dishes out at once instead of slowly bringing out dishby dish so half the dishes are cold by the time you are ready to eat it. Having said all this, I would still come back becausethe food is tasty and the menu selection is good. Read more

We wait and waved(which I never do it before)to switch sit. All the servers and host eitherthink I am invisible and just give me Index finger. I will happy to paid for the boss and the managers meal if can enjoy theirmeal next to the dumpster. Read more

Most of the food here is delicious and eye-catching. The space is spacious, clean and bright. Prices are not cheap. The peapod... stem vegetable is a bit greasy. Read more

This restaurant located right next to a 99 Ranch. Relatively new with plenty of parking. The food are pretty decent and good... price. Large modern and clean dining hall with high ceiling. Services are pretty good except staff are at a light side. It'seven got 2 robots moving around by itself for delivering food. Read more

If you're looking to expand your traditional Dim Sum line up, Ming Seafood Restaurant will not disappoint. They have an... extremely large selection of dim sum items. I was looking for a new place to visit for my birthday meal and came here per afriend's recommendation. So happy that I did. My favorite items were from their Special Fusion Dim Sum category: Crispy ShrimpRed Rice Roll & Shrimp Dumplings with Truffle Cuttlefish Sauce. Everything was ordered a la carte so dishes came out pipinghot. The ambiance was modern, clean and spacious. We were awestruck by the giant King Crabs in their live tanks. The servicewas as expected from a your typical Chinatown type restaurant: curt, prompt & miffed in brevity of actions & responses. You willnot find a overbearingly courteous nature from this lot. There was a mistake made by the server that was quickly mediated by the"Captain"/head server which translated to the happy accident of us enjoying my third favorite item from Ming: the Shrimp & ChiveDumplings. They printed out an itemized list of things ordered and check them off as they came out to avoid missing items; thisis especially helpful when there's a language barrier. Will definitely visit again when the next Dim Sum craving arrises! Read more
