I live out in the country and was surprised when the Dominos team said they could deliver to my house. Not only did they come... all the way to Wills Point but they also delivered in less than 30 minutes. Explain to me why I am see it takes y'all hours an hours to get people pizza orders to them? I am reading about this all over... Facebook I like know how this happening? I also like know the GM in charge of this one to have seen not only so many complaintshere but as well as on Facebook. I am a review expert an I also watch post closely! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! A month ago, we ordered a pizza and a coke. It took an hour to say it was on the way, just for it to... take another hour 1/2 to actually get here. So a total of 2 1/2 hours for one pizza. Today, I ordered a sandwich. It said it wason the way 40 mins after ordering and even texted me saying the driver was in my neighborhood. Next thing I know I get a textsaying the order is cancelled. I called, he said "oh was it the sandwich for *** address?" I said yes. He said he'd make itright now and they had a driver to bring it to me. That was AN HOUR AGO. I've called twice, waited on hold and got hung up onboth times. My husband DROVE up there and they said "they can't deliver on orders under $15". EVEN THOUGH my order went throughthe bake, quality check, delivery and "driver is near" stages on their website!!! LIVID. My order was $13. It could have told methat and I would of added a dang coke. Read more
We ordered pizza online, a thin and hand tossed pizza. It was done relatively quickly, and we went to pick it up. We ordered 4... 20oz drinks, which they were entirely out of (no big deal, we just substituted for Sprite). When we got back into the car, wechecked both pizzas: the thin crust looked good, the hand tossed looked?disappointing. it looked like a thin crust pizza, thedough didn?t rise and the dough was over proofed, making the pizza look deflated. We went back and showed the woman the pizza,to which she said ?it?s a thin crust?? but was cut like a regular pizza, as well as the sticker saying hand tossed. I order a pizza for pickup, went to pick it up. The board said it was done. But I waited then ask what's taking so long. Manager... said they made it wrong. Preordered pizza 1 and 1/2 hours in advance. 25 minutes after delivery time no pizza. Call and try to figure this out, put on... hold. Get someone on local place and they are very inattentive, ask me same question over and over and say hello. Bad place toorder a pizza. The saga continues. Another 30 minutes called and asked for manager. Person that identified as manger saysdriver is walking out the door. We got a dried-out pizza 40 minutes later. Driver says they are the last ones. Only pizza place in town open late, posted closing time 11pm. I placed an online order at 10pm, got there to pick it up at 10:34... to find out they had cancelled my order because they were cleaning up to close and refused to fulfill my order.
