Never had any issues here until last week. Employee locked the doors at 9:30 as we were at the door. They looked right at us and... double checked the door to make sure they locked it. It was very surprising. So weird. Guess they didn't want our business?Maybe they had a rough day? The food industry is stressful. No problem. I'm sure they won't miss us. Just disappointed withthis behavior. Store hours sign said they stay open until 10. We usually stop in twice a week for coffees and breakfast in themorning,and soda or coffee and a bite on our weekly drive through town. We have never had any issues here before. You never know what you are going to get at this location? If you go early in the morning it is usually great. I went about 30... minutes ago the lady that took my order was rude. Then when I get to the first window, not sure if it was a male or female butthey did not speak a word. I really wish more places would come to quinlan and put a hurt on Mc Donald's Read more
All is good at this McDonald's except for the attitude of one employee. She sometimes comes off like she is mad at the world... --yet other times she is wonderful. I try to avoid her if I can. Read more
Im not sure whats going on lately but my order is almost always wrong. And now i sign up with app. It wont give me the rewards... it promised. If you get the chicken sandwich better bring your own sauce cause it comes dry as sand. Read more
I wasn't expecting much for the days we are in with employee shortages and people are work that don't care about their hubs. BUT... this McDonalds is killing it. As someone who travels 50,000 miles plus a year I eat out often. I go out of my way now to visit.Keep it up!! Read more
We pulled up and was greeted very well right away. The evening young ladies were very nice and moved orders quick. They smiled... and told us to have a great night. Great Costumer Service!!! Fries were not so much on point but they were still good and we atethem . Read more
9pm on Sunday absolutely no lights on outside. I assumed closed until I see people in drive thru. I asked if they were open as... to my confusion they said yes they were short staffed so left the lights off. Read more
Had to go back cause they forgot a small bag a fries. Also a burger I ordered had things I said not to put in it like two thirds... of our food was fresh was an ok experience. We went when it wasn't busy. (Edit) Came back food tasted old no one wants to takeyour order. They want you to use the kiosk and they're talking in the back so you if you need condiments or help you end upwaiting there forever. Go to another McDonald's! Read more
