Ordered tator tots and a cookie dough blast. Tators were cold and dried out and the medium blast barely provided cookie dough,... mind as well have been plain ice cream. The only reason for the two stars is because the two young ladies (one who took ourorder and one who brought it) were very pleasant. It was all great until we tasted the food. I couldn't even eat the tators! Myhusband refused to let me send them back. They tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Read more

Why wife and I stopped by Sonic on the way home. She ordered the Texas Toast BLT meal and wanted onion rings with it.... Unfortunately, this Sonic was out of them. I ordered a number 4. After about 16 minutes, I noticed other customers receivedtheir orders but we haven't. My wife pressed the red button to find out about ours. Instead of an ETA, we were asked what weordered. I visited this Sonic today on my way home from the grocery store. I had a coupon that I just got out of my mail box on the way... to the grocery store. It was 99 cent corn dogs limit 10. So I decided to stop by and get them for my kids on the way home. Itried to place my order at the box but they had me pull around to the window. I waited behind another customer. I get to thewindow and the order taker looks at the coupon and asks some one and I hear them say they will take it. So I again tell herlike I did at the box that I wanted 10 corn dogs. I also ordered a number one with tots and a strawberry lime aide as well as alarge order of cheddar peppers. I pay for my order (she swiped my card outside the window.) I realize the total was not correctso I ask her did she get 10 corn dogs on my order. She said no and then went to get some other lady after telling me she wouldhave to swipe my card again. I agreed. This other lady told me that now (after already honoring the coupon) me she was nowgoing to have to call someone to verify she can take the coupon??? I told her I was not waiting for a phone call to just giveme what I already ordered and paid for so I could go. She wanted to tell me that all she was trying to do was help me??? Itold her look it's a 6 dollar discount. I'll just pay full price or you can just give me what I've already ordered so I can go. I'm not pulling over for you to make a phone call so I have to wait even longer. You are not on the phone you are juststanding here arguing with me about never seeing this coupon before. She finally agreed to just give me my order and commencedto tell me to have a better day and God blessed me. My day was going great until this occasion so there is that. They aren't to bad somewhat slow. The cheese sticks I got were hot and really good. So I don't mind waiting on fresh food. The... drink do taste alittle dirty. But overall its pretty good. Read more
