This store is always understaffed, filthy and out of alot of stuff essential for making sandwiches. Clearly the management... doesn't care about customer service or they would be in there helping the only employee that showed up to work. Had to wait 15min for meatballs to be heated only to be told that he was put of onion, bell pepper, black olives, ingredients that I wanted onthe meatball and the BMT. I just want to give praise tonight to the young man working at Subway in the Quinlan Walmart. He was by himself and was pretty... busy. He gave an outstanding service and took care of his customers. By far the worst experience I have had at a subway. Their owners are not doing their job with keeping up ordering supplies. The... employees were out of everything. On top of that, we were not warned they were out of the items. My mother got a dry sandwichwith almost no veggies because she felt bad getting it completely made and then telling them she did not want it without mayo.WILL not be returning to this subway and I suggest no one does until the owners know how to run a business. HEY NEW MANAGER!!! YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY READ THIS.....!!!!!!!!!! So I haven't had any problems until tonight....now the lady... working....she was awesome very polite and had to explain that she was out of alot of stuff.
