We stopped to order through the drive thru about 1:30/2am yesterday morning(Monday) only to be told that the computer system... was down, so they couldn't cook or do anything. Shyann double charged me for something small, I asked her to fix it and she said she would. She straight lied to my face when I... asked again if it was fixed. I cakes her out, again she said she'd "fix it", but did nothing. Then when I told the other girlnot to worry about the double charge, Shyann rolled her eyes and scoffed. I went last night at around 6:30pm. The line was wrapping around the building. Service was EXTREMELY slow. When I finally made... it to the window I sat at the window for another 10 minutes. Instead of trying to act like they cared that things were movingslow the 2 young girls just stood at the window, armed crossed giggling and laughing. This made the frustration level elevatereal fast and high. Finally got our food and there was little to zero product inside my quesadilla. Very frustrating experience. Read more
