We stopped to order through the drive thru about 1:30/2am yesterday morning(Monday) only to be told that the computer system... was down, so they couldn't cook or do anything. Shyann double charged me for something small, I asked her to fix it and she said she would. She straight lied to my face when I... asked again if it was fixed. I cakes her out, again she said she'd "fix it", but did nothing. Then when I told the other girlnot to worry about the double charge, Shyann rolled her eyes and scoffed. It wasn't even a big deal, but the fact that she liedand then copped an attitude struck a nerve with me. Read more

I went last night at around 6:30pm. The line was wrapping around the building. Service was EXTREMELY slow. When I finally made... it to the window I sat at the window for another 10 minutes. Instead of trying to act like they cared that things were movingslow the 2 young girls just stood at the window, armed crossed giggling and laughing. This made the frustration level elevatereal fast and high. Finally got our food and there was little to zero product inside my quesadilla. Very frustrating experience. Read more
Longest wait for drive thru in the history of waits. 4 cars in line on arrival. 45 minutes later we get to the window, pay then... another 15 minutes before the wrong food order is given to us. Another 10 minutes to get our order and the tacos were broken,sloppily put together and just a total mess. I'm sure the line behind us had it worse with cold food and watered-downbeverages. They're always friendly. The food is good enough for fast food and I'm addicted to chili cheese burritos. I highly recommend the... chicken taco or chicken burritos. Those have been, by far, the best addition to the menu! They're above and beyond delicious! Read more
If you want a taco salad go to this quinlan location. Makes me so mad I paid for tacos and they gave me shells with lettuce.... Also forgot 2 items in my order. Also got a bean and meat burrito and still looking for the meat lol Can't wait for a taco casato run them out of business one day. Read more
