Bottom bridge McDonald?s. Just go somewhere else. No one will take an order at the register. It takes 20 minute for you to get... your order. There was ketchup on my tray and we had breakfast. The cappuccino was just milk no coffee. The place is filthy andthe staff is slower than cold molasses. If I could give a zero I would.. BEWARE if you stop here. Read more

No counter service. No help with kiosk. Followed instructions and target than food brought to table, it sat on counter for over... 5 minutes. Another customer alerted me to the situation. They replaced the fries after another long wait but returned the coolburgers. Avoid this location. Read more

I waited about 10-15 minutes for my food because the workers there play too much, and it's happened the last time I was here.... The food was ok, other than the nuggets being lukewarm. Service however..needs to be better and they shouldn't be playing somuch. It wastes time and people's enjoyment. Read more

The wait for the food was 30 minutes when no one else was ahead of me, others behind me got their food. I feel this location... doesn?t really take customer satisfaction to their top priority, and if certain employees do then it?s just that, certainemployees. A woman stormed into the store and started a fight and the entire staff left their post to watch the drama unfoldinstead of meeting to customer needs. Arrived at 10:32. I know because I sent a text as soon as we got in line. We ordered at 10:47. I know because we wanted lunch... but they said they only do breakfast until 11. Ordered our food. We didn?t get it until 11. They got our order wrong. Went in tocorrect it and ended up ordering some lunch too. Didn?t get the correct order until 11:15. The lunch order was wrong too and weended up having to go back in again to correct that. We?re finally leaving the parking lot now at 11:20. Read more

4 employees standing, 2 on their cell phones, none at register. Two customers waiting for more than 4 minutes to be acknowledged... at the register. Argument ensues over who is on register duty. One employee finally steps up to take orders. Issue with creditcard reader. Manager (Lauren) called over to assist. The ?manager? didn?t understand the POS system, didn?t connect with theguest, didn?t offer any communication whatsoever? It would benefit this particular location to up their customer servicetraining and help ?management? learn their systems. Read more

We always order fast food to be made fresh and it takes a few minutes longer but I ordered 2 filet of fish with mayo,no tartar... sauce. They did that but only 1! After they were made cashier took a long time to get the food. Still hot but they are very slowat night. Disorganized! The manager is nice and accommodating! The asst. man manager is good also. This has easily been the worst experience I have had at McDonald?s, or any dining institution for that matter. I?m not from... around here, but this is truly unacceptable despite the fact this McDonalds is in the middle of nowhere and should theoreticallyhave less foot traffic. We never got our order for the forty five minutes we were there, the restrooms were messy, and the staffhad no clue what they were doing. The guy managing the register was nice and gave us a refund, but this is truly a new low forMcDonalds. I will no longer go to a McDonalds, especially this one. Truly unacceptable behavior. Read more
