This is our spot for convenient pre-errand coffee. Great amount of dairy free options for me and the wife loves the vanilla... bean. I only have one critique, the consistency could use a little work. I find my latte tastes different depending on who makesit and possibly they don?t get consistent batches of beans as it can occasionally taste burnt. I will say 70% of the time I getan absolutely lovely latte and that?s good enough odds for me. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. Today at the Second Cup my friend was having a severe panic attack that resulted in... diarrhea and throwing up. We went to the bathroom to calm down twice but one of the staff members with highlights straight outof 2007 was rude and unprofessional. Saying "You can't keep going to the bathroom ladies, this isn't a high school" in a verycondescending, loud, and indiscreet way, drawing more attention to my poor friend. I will not be coming back. I'm so sorry tothe lovely blonde barista who is always so kind. She just lost two loyal customers. Read more
Best. Coffee. Ever. Best. Scenery. Ever. Nicest. Employees. Ever. Just an all around great cafe for a nice relaxing place to do... schoolwork or just chat with friends. Ordered a regular medium coffee and spent a nice 20 minutes waiting. A simple two large coffees and 2 blended coffees (that took... no time to make) were ahead of me. I had to leave after I had already paid because I was already later than I needed to be.Easily the slowest service I've had at a Second Cup, the Uptown Saint John location is far superior and I'd drive there and itwould take me less time. Typical little coffee shop, nothing special. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and was served a microwaved reheated sausage and... egg on an english muffin. I enjoy the tea but not a fan of the coffee. Nothing bad about the place, just nothing that makes itstand out from the rest. Read more
Good quality coffee, and nice speedy service. Whether you are looking for a regular coffee or a fancy latte, this is the place... to get it. The cafe is nice and clean with plenty of seating or the drive thru is quick if you're in a hurry. Read more
Super great service...really friendly and helpful staff. The lady asked me a couple preference questions cause I couldn't... decide, then 'BAMM' she recommended me the iced vanilla bean coffee and it was amazing and now I'm hanging out here and writingthis lol. They also served it in a china mug which makes all the difference to me. Paper says "Here you go, now shue...begone Itell you!" lol. Anyway go here (there) you cannot be disappointed. My friends and I come here a lot during lunch and usually have a great time, but today the older lady at the cash had terrible... customer service. The coffee was soooo good as always but this really ruined it :(( Read more
