I've been to this location in the past, but I avoided it because I felt unwelcome. It felt like a toxic work environment and I... was treated like an inconvenience. I haven't been here in 2 years because of it. I regret giving it another shot. Everythingseemed great at first, and the worker who served us seemed super friendly. We were initially super happy with the service, andboth tipped (which we now regret doing because of how rudely we were treated by him after). This worker sounded to possibly beEast Indian (I'm not 100% sure of his ethnicity and I don't like even bringing it up, I'm only mentioning it to identify him aswe're unsure of what his name was). After receiving our order, we drove home. I ordered a meatball sub, and upon opening it,neither of us could see the meatballs or marinara sauce. The sub was otherwise beautifully made and full of vegetables. WheneverI get meatball subs, the meatballs and marinara sauce are usually clearly visible and overflowing out of the sub - but wecouldn't see any meatballs or indication of the sauce, so we both assumed they forgot to add it. We've had minor mistakes fromthis drive-thru in the past, so we just assumed that's all it was, not a big deal. We live very close and promptly returned.The girl who greeted us was friendly seemed concerned and wanted to fix the issue. She spoke on her headset to describe theissue to co-workers, then awkwardly asked if we wanted her to throw the sub away for us. No problem. We brought the sub with usto exchange it, so we handed it over. Instead of throwing it out, she left it on the counter top by the cash, took the detailsof the order to remake it, and let the other worker know. We both noticed that she didn't throw it out (I'd have assumed shewould have due to COVID and cross-contamination concerns). Pre-COVID days, I'd normally just have requested to have themeatballs and sauce added to same sub to avoid waste and effort.I'd have preferred to be asked to look through Read more

Very modern decor, fast friendly service, and very tasty Steak and Cheese sub. They have one of the pop dispensers that lets you... add cherry vanilla or other flavors to your choice. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. Highly recommended. Read more

The restaurant was clean and the staff handling of the various food components was excellent. The customer in front of me... identified they had allergies and the staff member washed changed gloves cleaned their hands properly and then regloved. The subwas excellent and they did.
