I have tried all summer to buy a bag of ice advice, much to my Avail there is never one available. They claim that their ice... machine doesn't produce enough ice!his! That may very well be the point however sonic advertisers bags of ice corporate wide ,so why doesn't corporate by the menu ice machine! The workers at this sonic are among the absolute worst I've ever seen. They are slow and theres a zero percent chance that they... get even the simplest part of your order right, the first time, or even the second. Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for themti bring your food out, and then you have to account for the extra 20-25 minutes of them going back and forth struggling to getyour order correct, all while giving you awful attitude. Their chocolate and strawberry milkshakes are great, I LOVE their mozzarella sticks as always. Thats all sonic is really good... for though, a wide variety of okay to pretty good food that you buy with spare change in your car and split with your boyfriendon the way home from the ER where one of you just got stitches AGAIN. always saving a dollar to tip the carhop. The service ishit or miss. I dont think anyone has ever been unfriendly, I've just gotten some totally messed up orders a few times and somepretty burned grilled cheese sandwiches. After 5 years eating here with normaly good food, today the meal for my wife and it was so bad neither of us could eat any of... it. We got a #1 burger with fry and a double cheeseburger. It was 11:15 AM and everything tasted like it was made the day beforea left out overnight. Just awefull! We should have got a clue when I placed the order and the waitress brought it out in lessthen 4 minutes. I took what was left back inside and as luck would have it- no manager onsight according to the kid. For $16you'd think the food would be at least tolerable. Every time i order a burger from this location they make it a point drench the burger in mustard to the point its too soggy to... eat. Very disappointed because i tried give benefit of doubt went again today in evening while it was less busy and still samesoggy mushy result. I had to throw my burger away unable to stomach the sogginess. Read more
