I was told to pull up they were waiting on fries. 15 mins later food was not brought out. I had to go inside to get my food.... From the time of order to the time i got my food was 25 minutes. The lady who handed me the food was apologetic but it was thewindow cashiers fault not hers. Never again as this isn't the first time this happens. Read more

I usually get food from here at night and my order is always correct. I've decided to go get food for lunch, big mistake. They... didn't put cheese on one burger that I asked for just cheese on, then I was missing a fry, but wasn't charged for it. The insideis closed so I went back through the drive thru and ordered the fry. Got to the window and asked for just cheese put on theburger that I originally asked for only cheese on. She asked the other lady if they can put cheese on it, she rudely said "justput cheese on it!". That's how I asked for it anyways!!! I got the burger back and they had only 2 slices of cheese stucktogether on the top meat only (I ordered a double meat). Then the bacon on the other 2 burgers were burnt. Just lazy andpathetic! Impossible! It's impossible to not get the impossible without mayo. And I carry my emergency hot sauce with me.

Update: Because I believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance. The burger was not good. I don?t appreciate extra sloppy. Ok newest... review. Update: So I went back yesterday & was pleasantly surprised. We do the 2 for 5 whoppers or chicken sandwiches & save $.I bought the cheddar poppers and they were excellent. The food was hot and very juicy. The only thing that annoys me is how theymake me pull around to being my food out. I wish they would allow customers to sit on the clock.
