Food was cold and the toast was burnt. The drink was kind of watered down as well. You couldn't even taste the flavor in it.

WORST SONIC EVER. VERYYYY slow and only do drive thru in the morning even for mobile pick ups. It will also tell you they are on... their way with your order and then still not bring it. Worst service award goes to this sonic! Read more

August 25, 2022 WHY do you hire "not-so-smart" kids? Almost EVERY time I purchase something using the drive thru I don't get... the correct change. Last night, my bill was $8.09. I gave the girl $10.00 + 25 cents...she gave me back $2.00 instead of$2.16. The NEXT time this happens I will roll up my window and just sit there, not say a word, and wait for the correct change. If the ice cream melts before I get the correct change I will want my money back! My complaint is NOT because of the 16 cents,it just the principle of the matter... What a shame!!! Read more

Terrible drive througj service. Multiple times waiting at the order window with zero other customers. They tell you to wait a... few seconds .. ten minutes go by and another customer will pull up in the second line and they take their order first ...leaving you waiting even longer. MULTIPLE TIMES!!! I'm done with Sonic. Go to McDonald's or even Burger King. They are muchfaster and attentive. You can go across the street to Vic's Touchdown Grill, walk in, order food, let them cook it and probablybe out faster than if you order from Sonic. Terrible customer service Read more

Most unprofessional Sonic restaurant I?ve ever been to. Placed an order in the drive-thru. My order was overpriced & tallied up... as individual items instead of a combo by a crew member after requesting a combo over the intercom. (Totally understandable &common mistake). Waited in line for over 15 mins for the manager to make the corrections only to be informed by a crew memberthat the Shift Manager, Macey Young, said it was nothing she could do about it right now because they were busy. The managerherself started yelling from the kitchen & then walked over to the drive-thru window and began arguing with me in front othercustomers and her crew members. I informed Macey that her performance & behavior was very unprofessional & that she shouldworking on improving her management skills. Macey then proceeded to slam the drive-thru window shut in my face while I was stilltalking. I drove home only to open my bag & realize they gave me the wrong order and the food was COLD. I returned to the Sonic& requested a refund. Macey did not try to apologize for her unprofessionalism nor did she try to correct my order unlike hertwo crew members. I highly do NOT recommend eating here. Read more

Worst sonic ever!!! Waited 30 minutes just for my food. I thought maybe it was just a busy day, but came back another day and it... took another 30 minutes! Here is a picture of me waiting, had a whole other 30 minutes just to write this review and take thispicture. P.S. give the guy that mumbles rap songs a raise, he got good vocals. Read more
