The curly fries tasted old but reheated. I seen threw the drive thru window that they cook fries and leave them in the baskets... hanging over the oil. I also opened my sandwich and all the meat was falling out of the sandwich. Read more
Short on everything so they short you on food and tell you that is how it's been made. Ask for a meal with a side and don't... get fries. Not to mention every employee in the restaurant came up to me claiming it looks right. Poor customer service. Beengetting Arby's enough to know I got short changed. Never going here again. Read more
Good food. Wonderful employees. At the advice of the cashier, we chose the curly fries with our dinner. Turns out they were... old, cold and over cooked. Next time we'll ask for FRESH fries. Not cool to push off old food on customers cuz you can't bebothered to make fresh. Read more
Just had the worst chicken sandwiches ever! Poorly assembled, most of the ingredients were outside of the bun! Chicken was dry... and breading tasted stale! 2 for $6 is about $5 too much for the quality! The young lady at the window was very cordial andprofessional otherwise would have been 1 star! Read more
Absolutely terrible the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich tasted like it had been sitting on a shelf all day. And this is a $6... sandwich not worth $2 . My wife had 2 beef n cheddars and they were awful also. another restraunt in Racine that has gone to thecrapper. Read more
We stopped today for a chicken sandwich. It was raw!!! They didn't answer the phone. When we came and showed it to them they... made my wife another one. It's not a very good place to go, how can I send out uncooked meet....I mean it looked as thought itnever seen heat!!! Read more
