Not a good experience. i?m from out of town and i came in with my family. They weren?t busy at all and it still took a while to... be served. they were very dismissive and they didn?t listen very well to the order. Read more
They say they are open until 10. Doors were closed at 9 while patrons are still in the lobby eating and open signs on. When we... tried to open the door an employee laughed to another employee since it was locked. We went through the drive thru. Asked for 5different flavors and they ?didn?t have anything?. Excellent location, great customer service, quick, and attentive to the customer. My coffee was good, the donuts were still... soft, and late afternoon munchkins were to be had...my kids lov'em and most locations sell out of them by mid-morning. Read more
Baskin-Robbins has great ice cream and treats. Dunkin Donuts has great donuts and treats as well. Idk though. It just didn't... seem like a very friendly, welcoming, inviting place anymore. No one said hi or thank you or what can I get for you today. Idon't know if there are new owners and that's why the general vibe feels different, or what. It won't stop me from going in andgetting my goodies, but it is a disappointing change. Read more
Ordering and buying this ice cream cake was the most frustrating experience. We started the order process on Wednesday for a... Saturday morning pickup. The problem lies in that english is the second language of most of the staff. When we called onWednesday to order the cake, were instructed to call back tomorrow (Thursday) and speak with the cake person. Which we did. Weplaced our order but both people that we spoke with were difficult to understand and we were suspect that our order would becorrect. Upon arrival, our suspicions were justified. We asked for "Happy 7th Birthday Gideon" to be on top of the cake.Instead, upon arrival it was written on the serving disk with out the "7th". I had them correct it, but I had to wait anadditional 15 minutes or so. The cake cost $26.00 (6 inch) my grandson enjoyed it so this Baskin Robbins gets 3 stars instead of2 Read more
