Cuatomer service needs a lot of work. Food has gone downhill a lot of time stuff is overcooked and dry.
Lack of employees, the cashier and cook seemed to be the only ones who were there. Cashier had a nasty attitude and misheard my... order repeatedly. The female manager at this location is very under experienced for a GM . Unfortunately you can tell this location lacks... experience and training in its staff . It all starts with the leaders . If the leaders are not experienced to a GM level theywill not be able to properly run an establishment. Please train this poor lady so she can properly train her staff and maintaina higher quality of professionalism, cleanliness , and to have a servant heart in this particular restaurant on Douglas Ave . Foods always ready on time and good. Service sometimes can be ghetto and rude depending on who's working. Also, when I say go... easy on the mayo, it seems like they purposefully put extra on it. I use the app as well and always get good deals. Read more
French fries are never fresh, yes never! not edible. It will take a little bit, but tell them you want fresh. It?s worth the... wait. If you don?t mind waiting, order fresh off the grill for any burger patties also. since they will be fresh also. Otherwiseyour getting patties that have been sitting, then they microwave it. Read more
