I don't get "fast" food very often but when I do it's usually BK. This location has gone downhill. It wasn't busy and going... through the drive-thru everyone had to pull around to the front and wait for our food. The 5 cars waited 15mins before we wentin and got our food. Our food was sitting under the heat lamps I'm guessing the entire time we were waiting. I told the ladythat pulled up next to me to go in after a few mins I'm sure it will be ready. And my order was a #1 with cheese- no cheese onmy whopper. I don't think I'll be stopping at this location anymore. Read more
I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service at this location on Durand Ave. My kids and I stood at the register for... over 10 minutes and there weren't even any other customers there. Noone even acknowledged us. So we ended up leaving and goingto McDonald's. I rate this burger King a 0 due to their customer service. I can't rate the food because we couldn't even getserved. Went through drive through. Ordered a Whopper. Was told to drive to the front of the restaurant, that my food would be out in a... few minutes. Several people in cars were waiting there people before me and after me in line. I waited over 15 minutes. Oneperson got impatient and went in to retrieve their food. She came back out empty handed. My burger was barely warm when Ifinally got it. This the third time I've had an unsatisfactory experience at the Durand location. Read more
DO NOT go to this burger king. We were here for over an hour. Almost half of that was waiting on food. The other was watching... their staff argue and fight in front of customers. Not to mention they messed up every single order while we were there!! THEMOST awful customer service I've ever witnessed at a fast food place. Read more
Tonight I went to get my order I made on the app. Now I understand running out of items as I have worked fast food for 8+... yrs. But wouldnt you let the person at drive thru know they dont have a item or 2 items before you park them? I walked in andasked how my order was going and the girl had a additude then after a few minutes she says they dont have the spicy chicken so Iasked for the crispy chicken and she yells origanal I told her not origanal and after a few more mins she said they didnt havethat either. I said that burgerking needs to update the app so this doesn't happen and 2 of the girls in the front startedsnapping at me . This Burger King is the worst ever. I am trying to get ahold of the owners to let them know exactly how horrible their store is... run. They are supposed to open at 7am never is it open than. They stop making breakfast way before 10am. The Burger King onHWY 20 is so much better. Read more

I ordered a 2 for 5.99 and the kid charged me 8$ it took 20 minutes to just get my ordered and he only gave me one burger that I... didn?t even order. the staff there is horrible the girl in the back was loud and flirting with the workers instead of workingand being such a pick me.
