This is the last time I?ll ever come to any Chipotle. All the 1 star reviews they?re getting everywhere are right. Twice lately... I walked out of stores without buying anything because the food was so dried up it looked disgusting. All stores are beingridiculously stingy with ingredients too. This store was out of ingredients and other ingredients looked too dried out to eat.Despite being out of stuff they were stingy with what they did have and made a half-size bowl. Places an order of Tacos ... Not taco ... Picture on online is tacos (plural ) and a picture of 3 tacos ... I ordered 3x that... ... Which should have been 9 ... Used to get alot for your money but now they upped the prices and it may be over priced for the quality of the food. Chips were... stale, queso cold, and meat seemed like it was sitting for awhile! Could be just this location but was unsatisfied with foods. Read more
I came in town for a business meeting and I got a bowl for just myself and it was $18 dollars, I could expect that if I was... ordering 2 meals but QDOBA will always be the better option, they don?t charge extra for the things you want. Read more
It's a good place if you get the right people working there, and it's not fairly busy. It's a hit or miss at most times whether... they give you a lot in your order or less than expected. It just really depends on the time and the right employees. Read more
I ordered a keto steak salad bowl and it?s probably the most pathetic ?salad? I have ever received. The bowl was less than half... full and contained more guacamole than salad/lettuce mix. Unfortunately since I ordered at work through Door Dash I was not ableto comment at the time it was made. Several other issues were noted with coworkers meals in a large order. Here's my online order. Arrived home to see almost half the bowl is missing. This is 2 beans, 2 rice, and chicken. When I... complained, they didn't offer a refund or a replacement, they said they'll give me a buy one get one free coupon. Last time I goto chipotle. You can't trust them with to go orders. I come to this location very often and not gonna lie the food is great. Service is either a hit or miss, 98% of the time is a... miss. One of the female managers is so rude. When I go there I explain I have a dietary restriction, I am mocked. It?s actuallyhumiliating, it comes from the cooks and the older workers who should definitely know better. However all of the newer employeesare always polite and never rude about it and always consistent. Another thing id like to add is I am never charged the sameamount for my same meal. It ranges from 8-13$ every time and there is no explanation as to why I?m paying more or less. Horridcustomer service literally it is not that hard to be nice it?s bare minimum, do better. Read more
