Ordered a club sandwich. Was very good. Staff was ok. When not so busy inside needs to focus on wiping tables down.
Waiting is the name of the game here. To say service is slow is a major understatement. The dining area had nearly a dozen... people waiting for their order. Most waited longer than 25min. Several Doordash drivers were stacked up waiting as well. Theemployee working the counter is slow and appears bored in his attitude toward customers. The person at front counter was scratching his head with his gloves on then touching the food never changing his gloves. What... seemed to be the manager came out took his gloves of without turning them inside out put them on a table in the lobby went anddid something came back out put them back on then went in the back and started touching food. First time ever to Cousins. Seems to have a disproportionate meat to bun ratio...more bread than meat. Flavor was ok. After... the 1st few bites I folded the meat in half and tossed the other half of the bread. Filled the void..but not sure thispreparation of sub sandwich is for me. Likely won't return. Read more
