Wow what happened to Customer Service anymore. "Welcome to McDonalds how can I take your order" must have died off with the... younger generation of kids working now ... "Go ahead with your order" and silence when you pay at a drive thru .. I mean nobodysmiles anymore or has a nice greeting it's basically shove your food out and hope like hell it's right. One of the worst McDonald?s In town. Rude workers slow food and most of it is not cooked. Fries are soft and greasy burgers not... fully cooked just horrible. They need to fire everyone and get workers who actually want to work. Read more
I wanted to add something to my order and was told that I couldn't. I've never had this problem at any other McDonald's, just... this one. I went to McDonald's at 8 p.m. on Friday night on D I believe it was the 4th and I was only car in the Drive-Thru I had to pull... forward to the rail cuz another car came and quickly left now I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on my food which was a DoubleQuarter Pounder deluxe meal and a spicy chicken sandwich with fries so we waited 15 minutes and I was like that's good that'sfine I figured that they would make everything fresh well now so when they came out and gave me my order me and my daughter thatjust got off of gymnastics we were eating on the way home which is on Racine Street and the fries were not all the way cookedthey were a half cooked you could tell by the texture and five just the look of them and my Quarter Pounder deluxe sandwich meatwas cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the only thing that was prepared fresh was my daughter spicy chicken sandwicheverything else about the meal was horrible to have sat there for 15 minutes waiting on food to just have only one item preppedit was bad experience there was no other cars but that one that quickly left behind me and the drive-through so this was justunnecessary and quite disgusting and we need to teach these young kids the valuable lesson of customer service as well aspreparing food 100% and not giving people half-done food I used to work at this McDonald's and I could say that the onlyMcDonald's that I would ever go to which I hardly go to any of them anymore is the one on Washington and sometimes I hit or missfor the one on Lathrop not that it was a bad experience bad food all the way around thank you Read more
