Update - 8/4/22: We went back to the Culver?s on Douglas. Once again?. 5 stars. Incredible service. Friendly and fast. The... food was delicious?. just like every time we go. I had a Butter Burger with cheese, mustard, and pickles. They made itperfect. The fries were great. My wife had the Chicken Tenders. She said they were delicious. Again, I would highlyrecommend the Culver?s on Douglas! ??????????????????- Original Review: Best frozen custard ever. We had a hot fudge sundae anda hot fudge sundae with bananas. Mmmm!!! Delicious! I've been waiting 30 minutes in the drive through. This is absolutely ridiculous! Still waiting and no food yet! Now 40... minutes! Seriously!!!!! I changed it only because DJ made it right by apologizing and giving me some gift certificates. Goodthing they have him around. Apparently the person delivering to the car said I was gone and threw out my food. Now why wouldsomeone pay and then leave. That kid definitely needs more training. Read more
I?ve never had a bad experience with this, or most, Culver?s locations; however, wait times for receiving your order could be... shorter. The order line usually moves pretty quickly. Food is never sloppy, always cooked and presented to standard. I?m soglad I don?t have to drive 15 mins, one way, across town anymore for Culver?s. Read more
There?s room for improvement but it?s a new restaurant. First three times we were here there was a minimum of 20 minute wait... for scoops of custard. We had to go to the counter and ask for them. Today the cashier couldn?t figure out how to order aCulver?s deluxe, she thought it was the same as a butter burger. Cashier asked for help from coworker but didn?t receive it. Iended up paying for extra fries and an extra drink without realizing it. Also, Josh?s mom came in and was not happy with Becky. She wasn?t quiet about it either. But it?s Culver?s so we will keep coming back. Culver?s makes good food. Read more
Still waiting for our concrete mixers for the last 15 minutes. 10 cars have received their orders before us (8 of them came... after us). Last time we'll come here. Dogs n Cream is way quicker & much better customer service. Save your money & time & goelsewhere. Read more
I usually do not like to write reviews and get everyone makes mistakes, but the last 3 times I have gone here to get food it?s... just been horrible! This last time the forgot cheese on my burger I had to add my own, burger is dried out and my bun lookedlike it had been stomped on , no ice in my soda , and they forgot my fry , made me go in and there had to be at least 5employees just standing around talking just disappointed I like culvers Read more
