Last night, Monday 10-24-2022, I ordered a 20" cheese and sausage pizza and two (2) house salads for pick-up. When i arrived... home, I noticed the pizza was burnt and the lettuce was soft and brown. I called DeRangeo's and spoke with a manager. When Iexplained the condition of my food order, the manager said, "hold-on. let me see what happened".......... upon her return, she(the manager) said, I (the manager) remembered cutting your pizza. I said, what ??? .......... how can you say you rememberedcutting my pizza. initially you said you needed to find out what happened. Then she said, our pizza's are coming out a littleburnt lately. I then asked, "that is your excuse???" Obviously, customers must be complaining lately for you to say that. Ialso told her I have a picture.........She said, "there is nothing she can about the pizza and salad'. I said, I paid with myCredit Card and I will dispute the charge because of the food I CANNOT eat. She good,,,,,,,,,,,, go ahead and dispute thecharge. I than asked; 'this is how you treat a loyal customer???" She said; "she treats ALL customers this way...... REALLY????? that's NOT good. Worst pizza ever. My pizza was so greasy i could have filled a glass, The employees will spit in your food and are real... scumbags. the building is infested with rats and roaches. Read more
Honestly the over all experience was fabulous, the inside was beautiful, and super clean, the service was fabulous, the wings... were super great, also the chicken Alfredo, just upset the pizza was Luke warm, it wasn't the worst thing but could have beenbetter, definitely will be back though, those ice cream choices are awesome too! Order to Pizza because family was together because someone died today it came burnt. I called them to get a credit and they told... me I had to bring the pizza back because they didn't believe me. I talk to the manager and told her what my family was goingthrough and she said she would give me a $10 credit because she didn't see the pizza. So I ended up getting nothing but Imleaving the picture so that the manager can see that it was burnt. I did offer to send the manager a picture but she said shecouldn't accept them. Read more
Awesome food and service for a great price! This is a take out and/or delivery restaurant. Cheese and onion enchaladas are soooo... good! Dinners are reasonably priced. Pizza is really tasty. I am now a regular! Read more

One of my families favorite restaurants to either order dinner for pickup or delivery on a busy Friday night after work and... settling the kids in after a long day for a quick dinner. Customer service is just that customer service polite, attentive , andhelpful? Food is always fresh , hot and delicious, even on those busy days where it seems everyone in town is patronizing theirestablishment the food has always been on time or earlier than estimated!!!!
