After visiting this business three times now, the initial charm of the beautiful building and nice lighting has begun to wear... off. During my last visit, there was a man in the store with a small, aggressive dog. This dog barked, growled at, and chased alittle girl leaving the store, and then a family of three entering. The owner of the dog did nothing to control his dogsbehavior, and the employees did nothing either, despite many of the customers being clearly uncomfortable with this man's dog.Additionally, the line/pick up option is very confusing/vauge and I (probably unintentionally) have been cut in line on multipleoccasions there. I want to like this place, but with constant mishaps happening within my first 5 minutes of being in the store,it dampens the mood for the rest of my stay. This piled on top of none of the games having any pieces and a loud dog barking, itseems easier to leave than stay inside. For how much you're paying it's probably better to quick get something and leave, ratherthan risk having the experience tainted by staying. Wish I could but I wouldn't become a regular :( I hate leaving less thanhappy reviews, but with the dog situation I felt it was important to do so as not everyone is okay with/comfortable around dogs. I enjoy it when I get the chance to go. My favorite flavor is the Mexican vanilla and I like it most in my coffee..the drink... with a g that I can't pronounce ???? O & we also like the bubblegum flavor and the macaroons..I plan to try the tea soon Read more
I mean the gelato was fine. The portions seemed kinda small and it was a lot for that amount.

Cafe in a cool building with Colectivo Coffee and delicious dessert choices. On our most recent visit we shared an affogato,... peanut butter macaron, mango boba and some gelato. Love trying new flavors each time! Read more
Great to find gelato but the flavors were not well blended. I got the candy cane one and it was very strong and bitter in spots.
