Not a fan of their mor ing personnel change, the young girl that takes the orders barely gives you a chance to say what you want... before shes loudly asks "is that all", and shes says it after every item you order. It makes me feel as if there is no care formy order, they just want you to be done and leave as soon as possible. Edit: its been over a month and this girl at the windowcontinues to not know how to do her job. I am usually a patient person but when you're the only person that messes up my orderson a daily basis i get frustrated. They need to put her on making the doughnuts or something and bring back the woman that usesto run the drive through. Read more
I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, the iced coffee isn’t made correctly, and... the donuts are stale. Been going there for 5 years and ever since they hired new staff, everything is bad. The workers have suchbad attitudes, especially the girl who works the drive through. The drinks are all coffee and no flavor whatsoever, and thedonuts taste like they were made a week ago. Not to mention, there’s a huge communication barrier. Not happy and definitelywill not return.
