Not a fan of their mor ing personnel change, the young girl that takes the orders barely gives you a chance to say what you want... before shes loudly asks "is that all", and shes says it after every item you order. It makes me feel as if there is no care formy order, they just want you to be done and leave as soon as possible. Edit: its been over a month and this girl at the windowcontinues to not know how to do her job. I am usually a patient person but when you're the only person that messes up my orderson a daily basis i get frustrated. They need to put her on making the doughnuts or something and bring back the woman that usesto run the drive through. Read more
I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, the iced coffee isn’t made correctly, and... the donuts are stale. Been going there for 5 years and ever since they hired new staff, everything is bad. The workers have suchbad attitudes, especially the girl who works the drive through. The drinks are all coffee and no flavor whatsoever, and thedonuts taste like they were made a week ago. Not to mention, there’s a huge communication barrier. Not happy and definitelywill not return. Very rude staff. They forgot an order of hash browns and then argued with me about it saying they put it in the bag. After a few... minutes they finally handed me an order of hash browns that was burnt and only had 3 in it! What happened to good customerservice?!? Read more
I go here often the coffee is great but the service is horrible. They don't say anything to you and the girl that works in the... drive thru with glasses and she's Indian I think is so rude. I said hi I get no response, I said thank you when I'm handed mycoffee nothing, and I say have a nice day and still nothing. She looks miserable working there. If you don't have a goodattitude don't work in customer service. She should be fired. Everything seems like an inconvenience for her smh... Caught herrolling her eyes at me too. Would give more stars but only the drivethru is open. Donuts were fresh. I would like to SEE what I'm getting though. Ordered... 1/2 chocolate 1/2 glazed and got chocolate sprinkles instead of just a simple mix. Menu shows all the drinks..why not the restof products? Phone app isnt easy at times to. Simply show all donuts not where we have to click on each name instead of pictureif there is one anyways. Read more
