I go to Dunkin every day for morning coffee. There?s been a few occasions lately where they?re not even open. No one there at... all. I order ahead through the app. And they of course take my money. So I have to reach out to Dunkin to get reimbursed via agift card. Annoying. Their prices are higher than the Washington Avenue location. Which usually has a more consistent qualityanyway. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the young man who is their most mornings gets my order right and is friendly at 5 am. Read more

Very inconsistent and usually out of flavors. Iced coffee with little to no ice. Better off going to Washington location.
I understand the troubles that restaurants have had with staffing and want to be considerate. However, this location is... constantly short of people or menu items. I just went there for a quick coffee and muffin, should take one minute, boom. Butthe drive-thru message says "Welcome to Dunkin, we'll be right with you," and literally about six minutes later, I gave up onwaiting. I drove to the window, and there was one girl working who said that she was alone (her manager had just left) and shewas not taking any orders. This Dunkin? Donuts is horrible. MOST of the staff has an attitude. Ordered a large iced blueberry coffee. Tasted horrible. It... literally tastes like regular creamer. Had no flavor what?s so ever. I usually go to a different Dunkin so I know how they tasteand look. I took it inside and waited for her to come over to the cash register while she finished her text message. Shefinally came over, I told her want was wrong with it. She remakes it the EXACT same way. Don?t make people waste their money ifyou don?t know what you are doing.
