Our server noticed that my wife didn't like a dish as she was picking around quite a bit of it,... offered to replace/try something else AND addressed it with us to our complete satisfaction. I recently moved to the area and tried this place with my partner when we were craving some tacos. We have gone back at least 3... times since! Best taco's/nacho's/margaritas... in town! My go-to Mexican when I'm in the neighborhood. Huge variety in taco's and they are... all so good. The make-your-own margarita option is really nice. Let's you choose which tequila/mixer you want your margaritamade with. Also a great place to watch your favorite teams game on TV while having a drink! Read more

Update - 8/5/22: We went to Jose?s Blue Sombrero again tonight. Immediate seating. Super friendly and helpful hostess and... waitress. The food was incredible! We started with chips and salsa?. Guacamole?. Then as my entree I had the Friday MexicanFish Fry. My wife had the Chicken Enchiladas. Then to top it off, we had Fried Ice Cream. The worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. Everything including the tortillas chips were tasteless. No amount of salt or sauce... made it any better. Taco Bell has way more flavor than Jose's. Bartenders were friendly though and the only reason I'll evengive this place two stars. Read more

Had Jose?s cater our recent wedding. They were great!! Very responsive with emails during planning. Mike was very helpful.... Allowed us to come in and taste everything beforehand. Drove from Chicago to meet up with a friend for lunch. He suggested this restaurant. GREAT CHOICE!!! I mean we entered the... restaurant at 1400 hrs on a Wednesday and this place had the bar area of the establishment full of patrons eating and drinkingand having fun already! Our waitress Faby was incredibly efficacious and expeditious. She catered to our every whim and myfriend is a stickler for perfection. The food was very good and I know Mexican food! We tried every vegetarian taco they had andsome shrimp tacos as well. The guacamole was the best I've had in a while.
