So, personally I have no knowledge of whether or not the food is good because I am on a gluten free diet. My husband asked me to... order some pizzas for a bachelor party he eas throwing for my brother in law. I placed my order at 2:30pm to pick up around4:15pm. (I told the lady on the phone I might be slightly late). Anyhow, when I arrived for the pick up, there was a huge line.I was really glad I had already placed my order. I then told them I was picking up for my husband and they said, "oh, it wassitting there getting gross so we threw it out". I was shocked at that point because it would not have gone bad withing 20minutes. I definitely winder if they made it immediately and paid no attention to the time of pick up, and I wondered because ofhow busy it was, if maybe they just sold the food we ordered. (If they sold it at least it wasn't all wasted). Because my orderwas larger, (5 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread) they said I was looking at about a 20 minute wait. So I said okay, I willwait. I had my 1 year old with me who was frustrated that she couldn't run around and play so it was already a hugeinconvenience. I also had a bunch of hungry bachelors waiting for the food to get to their party and nothing I could do aboutit. Anyhow, I waited. The woman at the front counter was repeatedly checking her phone AND melting down. She actually screamedinto the counter like 5 times. On top of that, other workers were leaving their stations to be in the front checking on whatcustomers had ordered. They asked who had 2 pepperoni pizzas. Well, nearly everyone in the store had ordered pepperoni. Sopeople were coming forward saying it was for them even though they were the last people to order. My order, again was ordered at230pm, was supposed to be ready by 415pm and they were serving people who had arrived at 515pm sooner than the rest of us.Finally, people had had enough of the issues. I was told that my request my order would take 10 minutes or so but I waited for more than a half an hour because my order was... not processed when the gentleman took my order and while I was waiting another person that was waiting was told by the managerthat she had to wait again because one of the workers did something that destroyed her Pizza and they had to start over. I wasnot pleased because I was expecting the usual come in make your order and take it with you right away. The only reason I waswilling to wait was because I requested a 50/50 Pizza half of it to be sausage in the other half to be pepperoni. Last time I had L.Cs I was 5. Decided to try it again at 37. Tastes pretty good for a fast food pizza joint. Way better tasting... then dominoes or Pizza Hut, well...nowadays anyway. Read more
Did an online order, got there and it took a little minute to be helped in the drive thru. They didn't have one of things I... ordered but the manager was nice and tried his best to make things right. The pizza was okay but the way they cut it was justridiculous! They cut the pizza slices in different sizes. Some were VERY big and some VERY small and all 4 pizzas was cut likethis..smh I don't think I will eat here again, I'd rather make my own. Read more
Worst place to eat. First time I tried them I got my order given to someone else and then they came back and return it. Then the... cashier gives to me, after someone came back to return it. I got sick that's day because the pizza dough wasn't even cook allthe way. Bad service and loud and bad language by employees screaming back and forth. So today I decided to give them a secondtry because I like Little Ceasar, not this location, but we were by it. So, I placed my online order. Was given a confirmationthat pizza will be ready in 20 minutes. Stopped there and the employees closed the lobby and turn the lights off when I pulledup. So I asked if I was going to get my order made? They told me they were out of cheese at 9pm and they close like 10 or 11pm. Was told to call Little Ceasars to get a refund,, but what number? Asked for a number and he then just called the manager thatasked me to come back tomorrow for a refund. I work tomorrow and don't have time to drive 30 minutes out of my way. So they tookmy number and was told to wait for a call from the manager to try to get my refund. LAST TIME I COME HERE AND I DON'T RECOMMENDIT FOR ANYONE. Read more
