Drive athru for Veterans free Combo Meal. Waited with no one in line. Kid came on finally. Asked for the Veterans free Combo. He... did not know how to ring up. 1st Veteran of the dinner hour??? He stumbled couldn't get a Bit Mac order punched in with no cost.4 other cars in other lane came and went. After 10 min in drive thru just drove away. Real respect for a 20 year Navy DisabledVeteran. The employees here are trash!! They made my order wrong twice and then were rude because they were asked to make it over! ... People really don?t want to put pride into their job but want $15+ an hour!! They basically scraped the toppings off my burgerand re-served it to me, right in front of me! I want to know what you look for in your employees half your employees have no skill, common sense, or morals. Does it not take... any effort anymore? I don?t care if it?s McDonald?s, there should still be standards for these employees. Nobody knows whatthey?re doing, let alone knows how to show some kindness and compassion. This is the worst place to order from. I pulled into the drive and waited 5 mins for someone to even take my order, and once I... did I didn't get any type of response back for another 5 mins. I pulled up to the window to see what was happening, and theemployee must have done this a lot because I heard one of the other employees say "not again!" Service was slow, but it was late. The bigger issue was ordered a plain cheeseburger and when we opened it, there was ketchup... and mustard. I could not wait in line again (over fifteen minutes) so our grandson didn't get a burger. Read more
