The 1 star is for this specific Mt. Pleasant location. Any time I order food from this location, I come back with the saddest... noodles. In my most recent experience, I ordered the Penne Rosa that typically comes with tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms. Iasked to remove the mushrooms and ended up getting a dish with no spinach either. The noodles were so dry because they barelyput any sauce on them. The bowl was about a quarter full, so I was still hungry by the time I finished my food. I'm far frompicky and never write negative food reviews, but after several disappointing experiences here, I felt the need to say something.If you're craving some Noodles and Co, avoid being disappointed at this location. Ordered dinner for delivery and they brought everything but the most expensive meal. My meal. They refuse to do anything other... than refund me for my meal. What about the $8 tip I left. Or the delivery charge I paid. Not only that but their employee &manager were rude. They tell me I have to call Door Dash. Yea because it?s their fault that YOU forgot my food! The quality of food has changed since the last time I visited. Everything was served in plastic and my salad was pre-made. ... Had I realized even the chicken wA precooked and cold, I wouldn't have added it to my salad. They don't even toss the saladanymore, so I was stu k trying to stir the dressing onto my salad. Everytime we come here the food and atmosphere gets worse and worse. I asked for plain steak Alfredo and somehow ended up with... spinach mushrooms and raw tomato. I?m not picky and just ate it. While we were ordering the ?boss? was being obnoxious, throwingfood at the person checking us out, hitting buttons on the screen messing around with her coworker. We sat down and ate and theperson checking us out and the ?boss? went outside to smoke and the ?boss? walked through the lobby with a cigarette in hermouth and smoked right outside the front door. Came in and ?sanitized? there hands calling it good. All other workers wereprofessional, working on orders and the girl who brought us our food was very sweet and asked if we needed anything. Last night my girl and I ordered from this location. Our food was ghastly, the bread was stale, and there were waste vegie parts... in the food. stems and such. When I called this restaurant I was met with an equally disdainful manager who put me on hold thenafter 6 minutes, hung up on me. Spend your precious money elsewhere. This place is a joke being managed by jokers. I wish youcould leave zero stars. Read more
I've tried coming to this place multiple times, hoping that maybe there was just an "off day" and my experience would get... better. I love pasta and usually love noodles & co, but this location has inspired me to make my own noodles from now on. Thebuilding itself is a mess. The walls looked extremely dirty, the tables were all either filled with trash/dried food or sticky,the soda machine was sticky too, there was food and trash all over the floor, cobwebs were all over the light fixtures, thewalls looked greasy especially above arm's reach. As for the food, they've never once gotten my order right. If I ask forsomething to be removed, they just remove every single topping and give me noodles with sauce and nothing else. The noodles arealways overcooked and almost slimy, and even though we dined in, somehow the food came out to our table ice cold. We also onlygot about half as many noodles as other locations give. My "regular" size wasn't even enough to curb my hunger, and usually Ican only eat about half of a noodles "regular" before I am too full. Go to another noodles if you really want them.
