I am a trucker who has been traveling the country for years and I have very good opinions about Pandas restaurants but this one... has been a total failure. I placed an order using the doordash service and I wish my order received half of my order I wasmissing 3 of the 5 items I paid for and the items I received looked like an order for a baby. I consider myself ripped off andoutwitted by this restaurant. They don't even deserve the star that you have to put on it out of obligation. Half food is fresh, half the food is Luke warm. Always out of something. Staff is rude. Lady with the headset was talking to the... window and me. Cool said 5 min wait on fresh food she said 15. Place is a joke. Read more
Over the last year, this restaurant has gone down tremendously. The inconsistency in whether they actually have grilled teriyaki... chicken to actually getting noodles in your chow mein instead of just lettuce/veggies is horrible. The consistent thing I cancount on is that if you go through the drive thru, they?ll more than likely forget your order and give you half. I hate thatthis Panda is so horrible. Not to happy about my experience here today. I watched them drop my food in the floor and pick it up, look at it for a second... thinking if they ahould replace it then set it by the register. If something was spilled on the floor or not it should of beenreplaced not given out. I said something to the worker and she reluctantly made me a fresh plate. Awful service - my Husband and I come here once in a while. We always prepare ourselves to check the bag because they ALWAYS... forget something, know half the menu will be out of stock, and to get ready for the rude workers. None of them seem like theywant to be working, but it's always the same staff. I don't understand why anyone would allow this to keep happening. Theseissues have been occurring for years now. Isn?t the purpose of ordering online or ?mobile order? to make your visit faster ? Well I did order online here & was told it... would be ready at 7:50pm. I get in the store at 7:48pm to check in && as I?m sitting there waiting they help at least 8-9 groupsof people, and a drive thru full of people before I get my food at this point it?s 8:26pm. Finally get my food at 8:35pm & it?ssoggy orange chicken, uncooked broccoli and noodles. VERY bad customer service. I will not be returning, I would say even ONEstar is to generous. Read more

I was told that the Orange Chicken would be an extra 5min. Ended up waiting 30 min? When the worker came out she asked me for my... receipt because they lost my order! I asked her, how do you lose an order? And she simply told me she didn't know but that shewould take my receipt and go inside and make my food!
